Wayne McCue, our Letter Carrier tells us that the Pines outperformed every other mail route in Revere with 16 tubs of non-perishable food, the next best route collected 12 tubs on the May 11 Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive
Wayne reminds us that food pantries need donations all year round, they usually get plenty of donations around the holidays but people forget about them as the weather gets nice. That's when some extra effort goes a long way to helping others out.
